Mission
The Board of Trustees is vested with the authority and fiduciary responsibility for the administration, management, and operation of the retirement system pursuant to collective bargaining agreements and applicable federal and state law.
The board has a duty to properly administer the provisions of the plan and invest the funds of the trust in accordance with Public Act No. 3124 of 1985 (MCL 38, 1132 et seq.) known as Act 314.
